2019-20 All-NEWHA Teams Released
WINTHROP, Mass. – The New England Women’s Hockey Alliance (NEWHA) has announced the 2019-20 all-league honorees. Nominated and voted on by the league’s coaches, student-athletes from the six member institutions were honored for their accomplishments on the ice over the 2019-20 campaign.

WINTHROP, Mass. – The New England Women's Hockey Alliance (NEWHA) has announced the 2019-20 all-league honorees. Nominated and voted on by the league's coaches, student-athletes from the six member institutions were honored for their accomplishments on the ice over the 2019-20 campaign.
Jayne Lewis (Troy, Ill.) of Sacred Heart took home Player of the Year honors while the Pioneers head coach Tom O'Malley was selected as Coach of the Year.
Bridgette Prentiss (Buffalo, N.Y.) of Franklin Pierce University took home Defender of the Year and teammate Becca Kniss (Eden Prairie, Minn.) was named Rookie of the Year.
Goaltender of the Year honors went to Saint Michael's Vika Simons (Essex Junction, Vt.).
